Meet Kelly
Brogan, MD

Gotta love a good paradox…

These days, I've committed to taking risks when I'd rather play it safe and playing it safe when I'd rather take risks. To entering through the upset of my judgment to find the aspects of myself I'm denying. And to align fiercely with my desire, impulses, and intuition above all else.
Self-husbanding and creating strong containers for myself has allowed my feminine essence to trickle forward like a stream that now has banks, and I have learned that it takes initiating this masculine in many different arenas, over and over again, to begin to enjoy the mosaic of feminine flavors that are me, and every woman.

In this way, I choose life and reclaim my birthright to vitality...

Own your body.
Free your mind.
experience the specific pleasure of who you are.

what we believe

1
The good news is that you’re in control.

The truth is that only you can get you well. We all need time to validate our suffering, but then we need to step into a place of self-empowerment.

2
When you know better,
you do better.

This is a journey of awakening. That means no more blaming ourselves for the past, and instead, looking for ways to grow and improve every day.

3
Suffering ends where meaning begins.

We are here for a very meaningful experience. By turning towards our symptoms, we can glean powerful insights that lead to deeper healing.
