    Dr.Brogan, thank you for sharing this information. Could you please advise as to what brands you use, the brand of the liver and coconut oil is hard to see.

    Sure! There are many coconut oils – unrefined and organic are important specifiers. You can find some at Radiant Life in the resources section. Be well!

    Hi Dr Kelly,
    Which container should I buy the green or red of the gelatin bc in the video you have the red but I clicked on the link and a green one came up?

    The green is hydrosylate which dissolves easily in cold beverages whereas the red is better for warm foods.

    Here is my favorite way to take gelatin. The higher fruit sugar (in juice) can be beneficial for energy during times of intense healing.
    Homemade Fruit Juice Gello Recipe
    Put 1/3 of a cup of juice in a large stainless steel sauce pan & add 2 ¬Ĺ tsp of Great Lakes Beef Gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add 1 2/3 cups cold juice & stir it well.
    Pour into containers, put the tops on & set in the refrigerator to jell.
    I also use the silicon ice cube trays to make bite sized gello shapes for my kids. Dark cherry juice is especially beneficial for the colon. You can add some raw, whipped cream as well.

    April says

    I ordered and received my liver pills. I took one and the next day I felt really good then I took one that night bf bed and I woke up the next morning nausea and sick feeling. Is this normal?
