That is what so many of us are struggling with in this moment of great transition, globally. Any narrative about what’s going on that points to something we can’t control as the cause of our worry leaves us feeling small, out of control, and afraid. Kinda like when we were kids.
What if this is an opportunity to finally step into our power as adults? To finally learn self-mastery? To grow the strength necessary to feel the emotions we are trying to run from? Because isn’t it true that it’s our emotions we are really scared of…not any given circumstance. We are afraid to feel afraid.
I speak to this in the video below, which I recorded for my online membership community, Vital Life Project.
In Vital Life Project, we learn how to feel afraid without feeling powerless (hint: it has to do with sending signals of safety), how to take charge of our lived experience, and how to experience freedom. Because freedom is what happens when we don’t need anything to be different in order to feel ok. It is accepting what is, as it is, and then acting from that space of inner stability.
We are collecting around this ethos, in silent protest of pervasive victim consciousness, fear-based stories about the body, and consensus assumptions about health in order to reclaim our power, together. We are healing, one step at a time. We are re-conditioning ourselves around mature personal reclamation and shedding old child-like patterns of struggle and pain.
We are the only collective of its kind on the planet right now, and I dare say, we are anchoring the transition to a new consciousness around health and wellness, and what it is to be sovereign and also deeply connected on the planet, right now.
I hope you’ll join us!
