What’s the difference between the Quick Start option and the Full Program?

The Quick Start is designed to get you up and running by allowing you to dive straight into the middle of the Reset and leverage one of the biggest factors of transformation — diet. It’s a great place to start for those who want to hit the ground running, but are not ready for the full commitment yet.

The Full Program takes a step back and focuses on a bigger picture of health beyond just diet. It includes lessons addressing your belief systems, environmental factors, detoxification, medication tapering, and mindfulness. It also provides access to our private Facebook group for community support — a feature most members will tell you is worth the investment all on its own.

What if I decide later that I want to upgrade to the full 44-day Vital Mind Reset?

You are more than welcome to upgrade. At the end of your Quick Start program you will get an offer to upgrade. If you take advantage of that offer, then 100% of what you paid for the Quick Start will be applied to your full Vital Mind Reset course fee.

I can’t decide. Should I do the Quick Start or the Full Program?

We definitely recommend the full program. It includes the full spectrum of lessons and exercises that have been successful with patients in Dr. Brogan’s private practice. It is also specifically designed to guide you step-by-step through the process in a way that maximizes your chances of getting the same kind of life-transforming results as Dr. Brogan has seen with patients. But, if you just don’t feel ready, we understand, and we think doing something – taking some action, is better than continuing to accept a life full of suffering.

I’m on medication, will I have to taper to do this program? Should I taper?

You do not have to go off your medication to benefit from dietary changes. In fact, Dr. Brogan requires her patients to make dietary changes before tapering off medication, which is why this quick start version of Vital Mind Reset focuses on the dietary change portion of the full program.

Tapering off medications should always be done with the assistance of a trained holistic psychiatrist. However, you can learn more about the ins and outs of tapering by joining the full program, which includes an educational module about the tapering experiences of real patients and advice from experts in the field.
