Job Description
As our full-time, Remote client Support Expert, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that our clients rely on. You’ll tackle questions, solve puzzles, and turn frowns into smiles with your superpowers of patience and positivity. Whether it’s via email, chat, or phone, you’ll ensure every interaction is an extraordinary experience. This is a full-time position that works on EST 9 to 5 or 10 to 6 ish. You can live anywhere but need to work on an Eastern schedule.
