Job Description

I'm calling in my Chief Marketing Officer/Acquisitions Partner to help scale and grow my 7 figure education business.

I am looking for a full time partner, marketing and acquisitions expert who is extremely skilled at acquisitions for digital marketing businesses. You will manage our marketing strategy experience in digital product development, funnels. Your primary objective is to create offers, hire and manage the people who will create and sell those offers, and be held accountable to results of the marketing/acquisitions department. This position starts salaried + has very strong upside potential.

You must come with significant experience in scaling up the acquisitions of other companies. You must have provend it either in a top end leadership role in another company or in a company you ran yourself. A more narrow scope of focus may drive your interest in this position where you will continue to refine your skillset while being compensated as a partner.

Responsibilities

Creates offers for the value ladder of the business. Including low ticket offers to be sold passively via paid advertising/affiliate launches/or through Kelly’s organic platform.
Manage the copy creation process (for funnels, emails, organic social, affiliate launches) via a copywriter and offer feedback to get it to a working/high performing result (without Kelly’s input needed). Likely this will require weekly 1-1’s with the copywriter.
Host weekly 1-1’s with the paid advertising team and make sure they are producing the results in lead generation/initial acquisition needed with ad creation/testing/management.
Host weekly 1-1’s with the OBM/Operations lead for the creation/editing/management of funnels and website, making sure they are fully set up with all the integrations/”zaps” needed.
Host a weekly 1-1 with Kelly, the CEO where she lets you know the objectives for the week/month/quarter and you let her know what resources you need to achieve your objectives.
Create and manage a “lead nurture” process for buyers of low ticket and mid ticket offers to learn more about their needs and offer upsell high -ticket-offers to those who would benefit. This will be crucial to establishing success in your role.
Manage the social media calendar via a service/vendor/or internal team member to make sure content is being created/posted/ and performing at an established metric of success on an ongoing basis, so we continue to have organic leads.
Manage the acquisition of new affiliate partners (either whosewho’s products we promote to our audience or who promotes our products to theirs). You will create the marketing assets they need to promote our products or offer feedback on their marketing assets to promote to ours.
Hire already trained, or hire and train or source excellent training for new salespeople for higher ticket offers you create off the back of the low ticket/mid ticket offers. Then manage them to be high performing (aka at least a 20% close rate on buyers with the financial ability to purchase.
Effectively collaborate with Kelly. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that Kelly has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company. Loves deadlines, rapid paced creation, and advanced planning.
The Integrator tests everything, serving as the final check before something goes live.
The Integrator is responsible for knowing if the work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality.
Manage the sales process of the sales team by ensuring follow-up calls are booked with prospects necessary and a smooth onboarding process is created for new/repeat customers.
Host bi-weekly sales meetings and provide feedback on client discussions to improve overall strategy.

Results

Achieve monthly/weekly revenue targets once the onboarding period (60-90 days depending on experience) is complete.
Achieve a closing rate of 20% or better through the sales team on qualified leads.
Acquire new growth partners with affiliates after the onboarding period.
Hire/train/manage your OWN marketing and sales team as needed, specifically for paid ads and affiliate ads and manage internal team members for organic advertising.
Require very little training from Kelly or her existing team members to fulfill on the responsibilities and results.
Relieve Kelly of her role as the primary marketing/acquisitions lead.

Job Description

As a coach, you will provide personalized 1-1 support to clients participating in the Reclaimed program. You will guide clients through these transformational journeys, tailoring the experience to meet their individual needs and goals. Additionally, you will offer extended coaching to those seeking ongoing support beyond the program.

RESULTS

Ensure all clients receive a customized coaching experience that aligns with their goals, as determined through KBMD templates.
Maintain active engagement with all clients, with regular check-ins via scheduled sessions and Telegram messages.
Achieve high client satisfaction, reflected in positive testimonials and requests for program extensions.
Deliver at least one measurable client result per program phase (e.g., a significant mindset shift, progress towards health goals) as tracked in client files and call logs.
Upsell at least 20% of clients nearing the end of their programs into extended coaching offers or program extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-1 coaching sessions with clients, each lasting 60 minutes.
Communicate with clients via Telegram between sessions, responding to 1-2 messages to maintain engagement.
Tailor the length of the program and frequency of sessions to each client’s needs.
Use KBMD templates to assess and track client challenges, goals, and progress throughout their program.
Manage your roster of clients, ensuring consistent engagement and no drop-offs.
Keep detailed notes on client sessions and call recordings, tracking progress in their files.
Utilize the Asana project management system to complete tasks related to each client’s journey and track all coaching activities.
Attend at least one team meeting per month to provide feedback on client progress and share results with the team.
Advocate for your clients internally to ensure they receive necessary support for their desired outcomes.
Follow the frameworks and teachings of the Reclaimed Woman program and related masterclasses by Kelly Brogan MD.
Develop a deep understanding of each program, including going through the content yourself to experience the transformation firsthand.
Collect client testimonials upon program completion and actively upsell program extensions or further coaching services as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Kelly Brogan MD’s material and her core programs.
Has done Vital Mind Reset and Reclaimed (requirement).
Has experience with German new medicine, parts work, family constellation (preferred).
Previous experience in 1-1 coaching, ideally in health/wellness, women’s empowerment, or parts work.
Strong client project management skills, ensuring clients stay engaged and on track.
Proficient with a small tech stack (Zoom, Telegram, Asana, G Suite).
Ability to develop customized coaching approaches for each client based on their individual needs.
Experience in women's empowerment coaching in alignment with the Reclaimed program and Parts Work
Experience coaching women in relationships, parenting, family, career and love.
